- Each Lee & Associates office is owned and funded by the principals of that office.
- The revenue and expenses of each office are generated by the brokers in the office.
- There is no corporate overhead, (executive pay, office space, benefits, travel expenses, etc.), which reduces operating expenses.
- The Lee broker will keep, in some cases, up to 40% more of each commission dollar generated, compared to the other large brokerage houses.
